Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Right

You may cancel the purchase of a TypeCycle license within 14 days of the purchase date without giving reasons and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

2. How It Works

Purchases are processed by our sales partner Paddle (Merchant of Record). To request a refund, either contact Paddle via paddle.net (using your order number or the email address used at purchase) or contact us directly at contact@bitmix.de — we will then initiate the refund with Paddle.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within a few business days of approval. Upon refund, the associated license key is deactivated; the Software can still be used in the free demo mode afterwards.

4. Tip: Try First

TypeCycle runs free of charge and without time limit in demo mode with all features (the content of output documents is scrambled). We recommend evaluating the Software in demo mode before purchasing.
